Q. HOW TO FIND BEST COACHING / INSTITUTE FOR ANY CLASS OF STUDENTS?

To find best Coaching or institute for any class of students, Parents or Students have to Take close look to the institutes. There is some points through which Anyone can discriminant between best coaching’s or average one.

a)     Institute or Coaching shouldn’t be money minded: To examine this, parents or students can visit at the coaching center and first see How Much volume of students in class. if volume of students in class is more than 50 students then ask them How You manage Doubts of students if each one student have doubts at a time. Now According to situation Judge their Answers.

b)     Coaching or Institute Have Scheduled Doubts sessions weekly: After Completing Topics in class, each student has some doubts, either student is average or Topper of class. If that doubts would not clear soon then even the small doubt would give feel like the topic is incomplete. This incomplete feels wouldn’t give confidence to the students. That’s why doubts clearing sessions in important weekly.

c)     Coaching or Institute Have scheduled Test sessions Chapter wise: It is very important for Teachers to check student’s incompleteness in particular chapter. when Coaching / Institute take test chapter wise then teachers have idea about incompleteness of chapter for every student. Once if teacher know the problems of students in topics of chapter then incompleteness in chapter can be easily solve. Students shouldn’t take tests as an examine manner. Many of students think, if they give test then their incompleteness would expose Infront of other students and teacher, they think very wrong. They should always think that if they give tests then they can know which topics is problem for them and in which topics they have to improve. After doing this Any students can know their status in chapter and can improve themselves. teachers have also idea, in which topic should repeat again for improvement.

d)     Coaching or Institute Teach each Topics with Practical Approach: According to well qualified and experienced teachers (we have 10000+ active teachers in delhi) teaching method should be practical approach. There is two big advantage of teaching practically. One is, only well qualified and very experienced teachers can teach with full of practical approach, less experienced teachers can’t. if less experienced teacher try to teach with practically then they can face problems in each steps. Second is, if students study practically then there is less chance to face doubts and it is easy to remember things practically. Practical approach of teaching never boring for the students, it is very enjoyable for students. Yes!! I agree one thing, practically teaching brings toughness for teachers. 

e)     Coaching or Institute should Have Well Qualified and Experienced Teacher: There is no question for Well Qualified and Experienced Teacher. Experienced teachers have very strong psychology mindset to understand students. Once teachers read students mind set then it is easy for teachers to teach even tough topics in easy way. Experienced teachers have also revised each topics many times so they have remembered each topics on finger tips. Only Experienced and well qualified teachers can answer in short time for tough questions, inexperienced teachers generally takes more time to answer for questions. This makes students boring to learn and clear doubts. This things make negative psychology in students mind slowly-slowly.

f)       Best If Owner of institute Teaches Self: If owner of coaching / institute teaches self then generally it is seen that they takes more responsibility. More responsibility means keen to takes students query frequently. These days students are not very serious for study so that teachers have to serious for them.

g)     Coaching or Institute have Well Maintained Class Environment:  Class environment is one of the big role in Quality of Teaching. There should not be any noise or disturbing sound in Class Room like Vehicle Horn or Traffic sounds, cutting or grinding sound or any hammering sounds. These sounds disturb during concentration on topics and everyone know advantage of concentration during study. There is another point related to class environment, during class time Teacher has ability to maintain decorum in class by students. Some students are very naughty, they disturb all the students around them so teacher have ability to make them silent and obedient.   

h)     Better if Coaching or Institute follow NCERT Books and Topics: These Days it is seen that every institute or coaching center either follow reference books (RD Sharma, Pradeep, SL Arora, Lakhmir singh and many more) or Use their Own Notes/Study Material. if There is some positive things to use these books then also there is very big negative things to use these books. Only Experienced Teacher Can discriminant “what is negative to use reference books”. In these Reference Books there is Too much topics Outside from Syllabus of Chapters, also there is too much questions repeating on the same concept and method. These things make student boring and take too much time to “completing the syllabus”. Once when students follow any reference book then it is seen that their syllabus completed not before January or February, so after completing syllabus there is very less time to revise the syllabus and All knows without revision students cannot score very good marks.  Every student Know these things if they ever followed reference books. It is seen that there is no questions Comes in paper outside from syllabus. Students should use reference books only for tough topics that is not clear easily by study of NCERT BOOKS Not for Complete Syllabus.
